Whittemore Quickly Named New Buchholz Football Coach

Just one day after firing football coach Matt Kerstetter, the Buchholz Bobcats have a new coach today.

Yesterday it was announced that former BHS assistant Mark Whittemore would be the new head man.   The  39 year old played for Buchholz and was an offensive assistant for the program for many seasons under former coach Jay Godwin.

Whittemore was not in formal coaching the past few years after electing to spend more time with his family but he will now inherit a team that went just 1-9 a year ago.
