Bucs Win; Jags And Dolphins Lose In NFL Play

The Tampa Bay Bucs go to 2-1 on the young NFL season after holding on to beat the Atlanta Falcons 16-13 Sunday in Tampa; the win was Tampa Bay’s first over Atlanta in the last six meetings.
The Miami Dolphins fall to 0-3 after losing at 2-1 Cleveland 17-16 and Jacksonville is 1-2 after losing at Carolina 16-10.
In other action, there is only one unbeaten team in the AFC and that’s Buffalo. The Bills rallied from a 21-0 hole to beat New England 34-31 as Tom Brady is picked off four times by the Buffalo defense.
Seattle got its first win, edging Arizona 13-10; Tennessee nips Denver 17-14; New Orleans beats Houston 40-33; Green Bay remains unbeaten with a 27-17 win at Chicago; San Francisco beats Cincinnati 13-8; Pittsburgh rallies to beat Indianapolis 23-20; Baltimore rips St. Louis 37-7; the New York Giants top Philadelphia 29-16; Oakland downs the New York Jets 34-24; San Diego keeps Kansas City winless with a 20-17 win and Detroit is 3-0 for the first time since 1980 after rallying to beat Minnesota 26-23 in overtime.
